Description

Cleaning, integration and analysis of about 190,000 property sales across New York’s five boroughs (2021–2022), comparing prices and dynamics by residential type, borough and period. Cleaning choices include excluding non-market transfers, identifying bulk sales and handling outliers on a log scale. A second part segments user behavior (impressions and click-through rate) on the New York Times homepage.
